Mayo estate appoints new director of sales and marketing
WESTPORT Estate has announced the appointment of Siobhán O’Sullivan as director of sales and marketing.
With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, brand development and strategic planning, Ms. O’Sullivan will play a key role in transforming the estate into a premier global tourism destination.
Ms. O’Sullivan previously led the repositioning of Mount Juliet Estate, driving a comprehensive brand reimagining, integration into Marriott’s Autograph Collection, and achievement of 5-star status. Her leadership helped secure the estate’s AA Hotel of the Year award in 2020 and facilitated hosting the Horizon Irish Open in 2021 and 2022.

Current redevelopment plans include The Grace at Westport Estate, a flagship hotel opening in spring 2026, as well as the restoration of Westport House and its grounds.
Exciting new attractions will feature a Grace O’Malley experience with interactive tours and digital storytelling, plus an immersive nature journey by renowned landscaper Mary Reynolds.
