Westlife star to host Mayo 'Harmonies of the Heart' Concert
Prepare for a transcendent evening of music and compassion on April 13 at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar, at 8 p.m. as internationally acclaimed tenor Patrick Quinn presents ‘Harmonies of the Heart’ - a vibrant orchestral and choral tribute to love in all its forms.
Hosted by Westlife’s Kian Egan, this spectacular occasion also features Celine Byrne, the renowned soprano and familiar television personality, whose soaring vocals promise to captivate from the very first note.
Quinn and Byrne will guide audiences on an unforgettable journey, supported by the Mayo Concert Orchestra and the Vocalessence Choir, all under the expert baton of Kathy Fahey.
From the ethereal strains of ‘Nella Fantasia’ to the sublime beauty of ‘Ave Verum’ and ‘Panis Angelicus’, each piece resonates with themes of longing, faith, and devotion.
The evening promises to reach a thrilling climax.
All profits from ‘Harmonies of the Heart’ will be donated to the AutAid Foundation (www.autaid.ie), a newly established organisation dedicated to providing day-centre respite services for children and adults with severe autism.
By attending this musical celebration, you will not only witness world-class performances but also help provide vital support to a community in need.
