Mayo ready to launch Nickey Rackard Cup campaign

Mayo senior hurling manager Ray Larkin and his management team have named their team to face Roscommon in their opening Nickey Rackard Cup encounter. The game takes place today (Saturday) at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, Castlebar, throwing in at 3 p.m.

There are two changes to the team that started against London in the Allianz National Hurling League Division 3 final two weeks ago as Jack Trench and Ryan Duffy replace Conal Hession and Sean Kenny respectively.

David Kenny will captain the Mayo team in this game, which will be refereed by Tipperary's Alan Tierney.

Midwest Radio will have live commentary with Michael D. McAndrew and Frank Browne. Tickets for the match can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
