Fond tributes to popular young Mayo personality on his passing
Fond tributes are being paid on social media to Grazvydas Artiomovas, better known as Graz, Drumindoo Lodge, Westport, and The Curragh, Castlebar, who death has occurred unexpectedly at the age of 24.
He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken mother Sandra, sister Amelia, stepfather Leo, grandparents Daiva and Aleksandras, aunt Ernesta, uncle Vadimas, cousins Aurika, Matas, Zaklina and Aurimas, relatives and many friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.
Graz was well known and well liked in Westport, having worked in Cosy Joes and The Porter House.
"He was truly one of a kind and we all loved him so much.
"He never failed to make anyone laugh and his humour and smiles always made working the late nights a lot easier.
"No words can describe how big of a loss this is and we will forever miss him," one tribute stated.
Another said: "He always lit up the room with his presence.
"He truly was one of the best people to be able to call a friend," one tribute stated.
A further tribute observed: "He brightened up everyone’s life with just his presence."
Graz will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, tomorrow (Thursday) from 6.30 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m.
His funeral will leave Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home on Good Friday at 11 a.m. to Shannon Crematorium, arriving for service at 2 p.m.
